Interrelations; Provisions being covered; Vastness of Law:
As the Special and Unique teaching methodology, Neelambar Jha has strived to decipher the intention of our legislature and for the said purpose he has discussed different statutes in the way our legislature had purportedly drafted the particular Law. The scientific way in which our statutes have been drafted and applied in our court of law has been commented upon by various esteemed jurists like Sir James Fitz-James Stephen, John Henry Wigmore, Sir D F Mulla, Lord Thomas Babington Macaulay, Chitty, Mayne, Phipson, Jeremy Bentham, Salmond, Craies, etc and it is their way which has been borrowed by Neelambar Jha to make the law lucid and easy for the Students, to understand the intricacies of various provisions and concepts. In the process, utmost care has been taken to keep in mind the pattern in which our Judicial Services Examinations are being conducted by different States.
We are conversant with the fact that any aspirant has limited time at his disposal to complete the entire course and further he has to do this in its minute detail. Keeping this fact in mind, at all stages, we have taken care to provide him as much knowledge as needed on the particular concept.
In the process, Few of the Provisions which are self-explanatory or of the nature which can be interpreted easily, that is, for which comments of the jurists or authoritative judgments are not required, in the view of Neelambar Jha, has been left out of the lecture, so as to save the time of the aspirant. And, further, to use that saved time for the minute discussions on intricate and important topics.
For the same reason as above-stated, Topics which were not considered worth discussion have been left out. It is nowhere being suggested that questions cannot be framed in the left-out topics. In the view of Neelambar Jha, the methodology with which the intricacies of law are being discussed will enable the aspirant to understand the above-mentioned self-explanatory provisions.
The aspirant is being trained, by the use of Special and Unique teaching methodology, ‘TO THINK LAW’ and further, ‘TO SEE LAW IN THE AIR’, which will enable the aspirant to decipher and understand any new Statute which is passed by our legislature.
Law has unlimited horizon. It will take generations to cover its entire scope. This course has been compiled keeping in mind the need of the Judicial Services Examinations pattern of framing questions and as well as the strategy with which an aspirant should prepare for such competitive examinations.
Knowledge of Law is unlimited, but the Judiciary Aspirants has limited time, we have taught the entire topics considering that we shall deliver as much as possible in the limited time frame.
Although most of the great treatises and very large number of landmark and recent judgments has been referred to in the lecture, but an avid learner might find any small book in any corner of a library, which in his view should have been discussed but has been left out; the reason for such left-out is as mentioned above.
Few Provisions and Topics being dropped are willful and have been done so, as to extend the benefit of saved time to the aspirants.
We feel proud to stress upon the fact that the Special and Unique methodology in which Neelambar Jha has discussed Law in different Video Lectures has not been done by anybody in the world till now, except few eminent jurists as mentioned above. Neelambar Jha feels proud for being one of their pupils.
